At the 2014 Synopsis Science Fair award ceremony on April 6, 2014 at the Campbell Heritage Theater, Campbell, California; Shubham Banerjee , the creator of Braigo was judged as the winner of the 2014 Synopsis Outreach Foundation n+1 Prize for Physical Sciences - Next breakthrough in science or engineering and a cash award of $500.

In his Braigo Facebook Page, Google+ , Shubham mentioned - "It's a recognition for all my visually impaired friends out there. I dedicate this award to all of you for being my inspiration.Yes, Braigo is the Winner of the 2014 Synopsis Outreach Foundation n+1 Prize for Physical Sciences - Next breakthrough in science or engineering and cash award of $500 , the highest in Synopsis Science Fair in 2014 for middle school."
